“Where will we train?”
I travel to whatever location works best for you. I train with several clients in personal home gyms, or work with them in local gyms that they have a membership.
“When will we meet?”
We will determine days and times to meet that is convenient for your schedule and allows us the proper time together to reach your goals.
“How long are the sessions?”
Sessions will typically last for 1 hour. I will have a customized program specific for your goals that may require more or less time together.
“What will we do? “
I will show up with a customized workout designed specifically for the goals you have set. All I ask is that you show up on time, give me 100% effort, and trust the process.
“What will I do when we are not training together?”
I will provide you with additional support through my online training platform. This will guide you through your workouts and track your progress until we meet again.
”What about nutrition? How do I eat to reach my goals?”
We will determine your goals, and together work on a macro nutrient program that makes tracking and managing your meals easy and effective.
