LOCATION: Duncan Creek Park in Buford
DAYS: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
TIME: 7:15-8:00am

K-12 sport specific programs designed to improve strength, speed, and agility. You will have access to a training program app to view and complete your workouts.
I also travel to do in-person training sessions for an additional fee.

We can meet at a public location or I can travel to you.
